“ Ristorante con cucina tipica piacentina davvero carino e in un ambiente davvero suggestivo. Con una serata dedicata a cesar Brie all’interno degli scavi archeologici di Veleia romana, mi sono immersa in un ambiente davvero magico. Luci soffuse, tavoli in legno e mura in mattoni antichi: questa è Veleia. Il tutto accompagnato da un ottimo piatto di pisarei e faso della zona e una vista sugli scavi. Consiglio assolutamente questa esperienza, il prezzo è anche stato in linea con le aspettative. Consigliatissimo! ”

Il posto è suggestivo e la qualità del cibo e delle materie prime è eccellente.La cucina è gestita da un giovane chef appassionato del suo lavoro e gentilissimo come il resto del personale. Consiglio vivamente di assaggiare i sorbetti che prepara lo chef, sono squisiti!!! ”

Menu essenziale, ricercato con portate fresche sia della tradizione che rivisitate. Tutti i piatti sono preparati dallo chef al momento, con ingredienti di qualità. Siamo rimasti sorpresi dalla preparazione delle mezze maniche ripiene dal vivo (consigliate). Tiramisù - senza uova e mascarpone - tra i migliori che abbiamo assaggiato. Un’esperienza un po’ magica, sicuramente da provare! ”

Simpatica la signora in sala e complimenti allo chef per il pranzo e la gentilezza . ci ha anche regalato due fette di torta rustica zucca e noci messe sottovuto. Che dire ? Consigliato ”

The staff was super friendly and helped me choose the dishes. The dessert, a traditional tiramisù, was very sweet and tasty. I definitely want to come back next time I’m in Veleia. ”
